Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ALIGNE pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
